COMPUTERIST SUPERSTORE offers a 15-day return policy on merchandise meeting the following conditions:

 All return requests must be made by telephone to Customer Service at 1-877-731-7979 Ext. 21 within 15 days of our original shipping date.  We cannot process return requests received via email.

 Return requests made within 15 days of our original shipping date, must still qualify based upon our Standard Conditions for Merchandise Returns, and exceptions thereto, listed below.

 Merchandise must be returned 100% complete, in original packaging with all software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories intact.

When appropriate, Customer Service will issue an RMA number for each authorized return.

 RMA numbers are valid for 15 days; authorized returns not received by COMPUTERIST SUPERSTORE within 15 days of the RMA date are not returnable.

The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the return package.

Return shipping, handling and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Items for return (that have been authorized and include an RMA number) should be shipped via a reliable traceable carrier, with appropriate insurance, and to arrive within 15 days of the RMA date, to:

COMPUTERIST SUPERSTORE will not accept items returned without authorized RMA Numbers.

STANDARD CONDITIONS FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNS:

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
If merchandise is received defective and we are notified within 15 days of our original shipping date, COMPUTERIST SUPERSTORE we will gladly issue a refund, store credit or replacement item, if available.   Merchandise must be returned 100% complete in original packaging with all software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories intact, as outlined above.

COMPUTERIST SUPERSTORE does not directly guarantee/warranty any product.  Products may be covered directly by a manufacturers warranty, if one exists.  Any questions concerning manufacturer warranties or conditions related thereto should be directed to our sales department or to the manufacturer itself.

NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned if COMPUTERIST SUPERSTORE is notified by telephone within 15 days of our original shipping date.  An RMA will be issued and, upon receipt of the merchandise in 100% resellable condition, COMPUTERIST SUPERSTORE will issue a refund or store credit for the selling price of the item, less a 15% restocking fee.  Note that original shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping, handling and insurance is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We cannot accept returns of merchandise that has been opened or used.  No RMAs will be issued under these circumstances.

BEYOND 15 DAYS:
COMPUTERIST SUPERSTORE cannot accept returns on merchandise under circumstances once 15 days have elapsed from our original shipping date.  At that point, any problems with a product may be referred directly to the manufacturer for resolution under the manufacturers warranty, if one exists.  Questions concerning manufacturer warranties can be directed to our sales department or to the manufacturer itself.  Keep in mind that some manufacturers offer extended factory warranties that are available for purchase through COMPUTERIST SUPERSTORE.  Refer to our website or contact our sales department at 1-877-731-7979 Ext. 11 for more information on these additional protections.
